A group of local Austin investment partners that will own and operate specialty food service restaurants in the central Texas area.  The first endeavor is Mama Fu's Asian House, a high-energy, fast casual concept that specializes in quality pan-Asian cuisine at an affordable price. Mama Fu's was selected because of its successful break-through brand concept, established processes, casual sophistication and applicability to the tastes and culture of the unique Austin market. Murphy Restaurant Group is comprised of successful individuals from multiple industries and collectively has deep experience in restaurant operation, real estate, finance, management, advertising and marketing. Murphy Restaurant Group currently plans to launch and operate 3-4 Mama Fu's locations in the central Texas area.
